Entry requirements
The minimum expected levels of achievement for admission to a postgraduate programme are a prior degree with a grade average of 50 percent or better. A mature student who does not meet the above academic qualification may gain entry to the postgraduate programme on approval of the Academic Board, if the Board considers that the student's experience and qualifications have adequately prepared him/her to succeed in the programme.

What can I expect out of this qualification?
The Master of International Studies (MIS) programme is designed to prepare students who are interested in international business, international relations, and sustainable development characterised by increased globalism. The programme requires the knowledge of interrelationships between economic, political, social, cultural and environmental factors. The MIS aim is to develop graduates who are able to demonstrate pragmatic, efficient, and effective use of strategic planning tools and techniques, management processes, and be able to independently design and execute supervised pieces of scholarly research, in the spirit of sustainable business development.
