What can I expect out of this qualification?

The Bachelor of Business aims to provide graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue a management career in commercial organisations dealing across cultures and country boundaries. The programme also assists business professionals to gain the discipline and recognition of a formal qualification and an organised knowledge system to complement their industry experience.

Entry Requirements

Minimum requirements

A candidate for admission to this programme of study shall: 1. have a minimum of 14 NCEA credits in each of three subjects at Level 3, and a minimum of 14 numeracy credits at Level 1 or higher and a minimum of 8 literacy credits at Level 2 or higher; or have successfully undertaken tertiary study; or hold an equivalent overseas qualification; and 2. have attained the age of 17 years; and 3. have an English level equivalent to IELTS 6.0 (Academic, with no band less than 5.5) / TOEFL iBT 60 / AIS Test of English Proficiency (TEP) 52/80 (with no band less than 12); or 4. gain approval under Admission Regulation 3: Special Admission.
