What can I expect out of this qualification?
PGCertScTech graduates will have advanced knowledge to enhance professional development and skills in a new area of applied science, science, technology or veterinary science, or to update their knowledge and skills in the area in which they graduated. They will be critical thinkers, able to communicate effectively and have good quantitative skills. They will be able to solve a range of both theoretical and practical problems, have acquired the ability to work independently and with groups.

Minimum requirements
A Bachelor s degree in the sciences, technology or engineering with a major in the intended postgraduate subject, or equivalent; or a Bachelor s degree in the sciences, technology or engineering followed by a Graduate Certificate in Science and Technology comprising approved 300-level courses in the intended postgraduate subject; or any Bachelor s degree followed by a Graduate Diploma in Science and Technology comprising approved 300-level courses in the intended postgraduate subject; or relevant practical, professional or scholarly experience equivalent to the requirements of regulation 1(b) as approved by Academic Board or its delegate; and have performed at an acceptable level in any tests of academic aptitude and/or interviews prescribed by Academic Board or its delegate.
