Certificate in Anatomy and Physiology (Micro-credential)

Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Applicants must be able to communicate competently in English.
International students or residents whose first language is neither English nor Māori must have minimum overall IELTS score of 5.5 with no band lower than 5.0 or equivalent evidence of suitability for the programme.

What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of this Micro-credential is to provide the health sector and complementary therapy industry with people who can apply specialised knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology in the context of health and wellbeing for support and care.

This Micro-credential is targeted at those who have an interest in and experience of natural health including:
* Learners whether domestic or international (offshore) who:
o have limited work experience with natural healthcare support in the New Zealand health sector, or
o have related experience, or
o are interested to study medicine/healthcare, or
o are planning to pursue healthcare career or are needing to add this modality to a qualification they are studying, such as, Spa Therapy, Specialised Skin Care therapy
