What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of this qualification is to provide the data cabling industry with people who can install data cabling into medium to large commercial and industrial buildings.

This qualification is suitable for people who wish to pursue a career in the data cabling industry as well as people who are already competent who want to have their skills recognised. It is also suitable for people who want to expand their skillset to include data cabling.

Graduates will work under limited supervision installing cable support systems, cables, cabinets, and connecting client equipment.
