About the course
What can I expect out of this qualification?
The aim of this micro-credential is to enable individuals to grow self-confidence and gain initial skills, attributes and behaviours employers are looking for in entry level jobs.
Once individuals have completed this micro-credential they will be able to demonstrate personal and professional task management skills.
Those who achieve the micro-credential can then progress toward employment, apprenticeships or possible further tertiary education.
Specifically, this micro-credential will enable Te Rūnanganui o Te Atiawa the opportunity to provide individuals a pathway for skills-based training into employment where such a pathway is currently not available.
