What can I expect out of this qualification?
This qualification is designed to provide the interior décor industry with qualified people who have the knowledge and skills required to arrange and style existing interior spaces from the interior décor brief.
This qualification is for people who want to enter into the interior décor industry, and to provide formal recognition for the skills of those already working within the industry.

Entry Requirements
Minimum requirements
Academic Entry Requirements: Applicants must have NCEA Level 2, or equivalent.. Applicants who have attained the age of 20 years and do not hold the minimum entry requirements will be eligible to be enrolled where their previous educational, work or life experience indicates they have a reasonable likelihood of success. - English Language Entry Requirements: If English or Mäori is not the applicant's first language, applicants will need an IELTS General or Academic score of 5.5 with no band score lower than 5, or equivalent.
