What can I expect out of this qualification?
The Bachelor of Design (Honours) provides students who have already achieved excellence in their undergraduate degree the opportunity to extend and deepen their knowledge and understanding of design research methods and professional design practices. Through advanced research and systematic engagement with contemporary thinking in their chosen field, they will develop an honours project which demonstrates research by design, addresses sustainability from multiple perspectives, is supported by a dissertation or equivalent, and presented in a public forum. Graduates will be prepared for further postgraduate study or employment in a design creative lead role.

Minimum requirements
Bachelor of Design (discipline endorsed) Level 7, or an equivalent qualification at bachelor level or above with an overall grade of B+ or higher in final year level 7 courses. Honours study must commence within five year of gaining undergraduate degree.
