What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide people who work in frontline operational roles with the skills to carry out a broad range of operational regulatory activities. These practitioners typically carry out frontline activities to achieve and maintain regulatory outcomes. This involves direct contact with regulated persons and members of the public.
This qualification will benefit local and central government organisations, and organisations that carry out regulatory work on their behalf by providing people who can operate as regulatory practitioners with a broad range of skills that can be transferred to other regulatory contexts.
Graduates will be capable of self-management under broad organisational guidance when carrying out a range of frontline activities.
