What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the floristry industry with people who can work in a sole charge position and demonstrate advanced level floristry skills. This qualification is for people with advanced experience who wish to progress their skills and knowledge in the floristry industry.
Graduates will benefit by having a qualification that recognises their skills and provides a training and career pathway in the floristry industry.
Graduates will be able to work in a self-managed capacity and may have some responsibility for the performance of other members in a team.

Minimum requirements
Academic: Completion of the NZ Certificate in Floristry level 3 or equivalent skills and knowledge is required. English Language: * Domestic applicants with English as a second language: must demonstrate sufficiency in English language at interview. * International students, an IELTS score of 5.5 General or Academic, with no band score lower than 5.0, or an equivalent as set out in the NZQA Programme Approval and Accreditation Rules.
