Entry requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related subject or evidence of
relevant skills and knowledge through appropriate work or professional experience
International: IELTS 6.5 (with no band below 6.0), or equivalent
It is highly recommended that students who enrol in the programme have their own laptop

About the course

What can I expect out of this qualification?

The qualification enables students to gain recognised skills and knowledge in the area of Information
Technology whilst working or preparing to work in industry. Students have the opportunity to enrol
in elective courses that allow them to apply learned skills to real-life examples, projects and
scenarios and to engage directly with industry. The qualification provides employers with resilient,
ethical, self-managing, culturally and emotionally intelligent employees, with sound social and
communication skills. Graduates can use their enhanced knowledge, skills and capabilities to obtain
employment in positions of responsibility that relate to the electives they choose, and/or to proceed
to further studies, such as a masterate degree.
