What can I expect out of this qualification?
The graduate diplomas aim to produce high quality graduates who have a sound understanding of the dynamic and changing environment in which managers operate in New Zealand and internationally, that will enable them to apply that knowledge at both organisational and strategic levels in a range of industries and organisations. On reaching the workplace, graduates will have current specialised knowledge and be able to integrate into their workplace environment quickly, having already spent time through their course of study in a work context applying the knowledge and skills of the curriculum.
Key Information for Students
Candidates are required to: have gained a degree conferred by a New Zealand tertiary education institution; or have gained a New Zealand Qualification Authority (NZQA) recognised degree from an overseas tertiary institution; or be able to demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the Head of School, or authorised nominee, equivalent practical, professional or educational experience of an appropriate kind. 1.2 Candidates who have English as a second language are required to have an IELTS score of 6.0, with no individual band score lower than 5.5; or equivalent. 1.3 Candidates must demonstrate a reasonable chance of completing the programme successfully.
