Our forestry industry is calling out for smart, motivated people like yourself. That's why this year the New Zealand Institute of Forestry Foundation is offering a number of scholarships for your unversity, wānanga and polytechnic study or research.

2021 Forestry scholarships

The New Zealand Institute of Forestry foundation is offering the following scholarships in 2021:

1. Frank Hutchinson Postgraduate scholarship of $1,000

2. Future Forest Scholarship for post-graduate research up to $10,000

3. Mary Sutherland Scholarship of $1,000

4. NZ Redwood Co Scholarship of $5,000

5. Otago Southland Award 

6. Student Poster prize at NZIF Conference

7. University Undergraduate Scholarship of $1,000

Applications, made on the application form, must be received by the foundation administrator no later than 5pm on Monday 31st May 2021.

The awards will be announced at the Awards Dinner of the NZ Institute of Forestry Conference in Masterton on 28th June 2021.
